Page Sign-off for Confluence

Request sign-off on any Confluence page, pick one to five approvers, and keep a record of who approved which version. When the page changes after approval, the sign-off goes stale on its own so nobody trusts an approval that no longer matches the content.

What it does

• Request sign-off from the page menu and choose approvers with the people picker
• Approvers get a mention on the page and decide with one click, with a comment required on reject
• The approval records who, when, and which page version
• Any new page version marks the approval stale
• A space log lists every sign-off with CSV export
• Runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform, so no data leaves your site
