Terms of Service

Page Sign-off for Confluence. Effective September 21, 2026.

The service

Page Sign-off is a Confluence Cloud app provided by TECHGL LLC through the Atlassian Marketplace. Installing the app means you accept these terms and the Atlassian Marketplace terms that apply to all apps.

Licensing and payment

Paid use is licensed per user per month and billed by Atlassian under your Atlassian subscription. Trials, renewals, refunds and cancellations follow Atlassian Marketplace policy.

What the app is and is not

The app records who approved a page and when. It is a workflow and audit-trail tool. It is not a legal electronic signature service and does not certify identity beyond the Atlassian account that made each decision.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for who has access to your Atlassian site and for how approval records are used in your organization.

Availability and support

The app runs on Atlassian's Forge platform and inherits its availability. Support is by email at admin@techgldev.com with a target response within two business days.

Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, TECHGL LLC's liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date.
