Pricing

Billed per user per month by Atlassian, on the same invoice as your Confluence subscription. Annual billing is available and works out to ten months of the monthly price.

Monthly, in US dollars

• Up to 10 users: 16.75 flat
• 11 to 100 users: 1.68 per user
• 101 to 250 users: 1.28 per user
• 251 to 1000 users: 0.95 per user
• Above 1000 users: lower again, shown on the Marketplace listing

Your user count follows your Confluence licence, so a 25-user Confluence site pays the 25-user price.

Free trial

Atlassian gives every paid app a free trial period. Install it, run a real sign-off on a real page, and decide from there.

What happens without a licence

Existing sign-off records stay visible and readable. New requests are turned off. Nothing is deleted while the app remains installed.
